This website and online store are operated by BlitzFinds. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to BlitzFinds. Pricing, Taxes, and Charges

Prices and applicable charges are displayed during shopping and checkout. Shipping costs, applicable taxes, and any other charges collected by BlitzFinds will be shown at checkout where required. Customs duties, import fees, or other charges assessed directly by authorities or third parties may be separate from amounts collected by BlitzFinds.

Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment issues, obvious pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order as presented.

If BlitzFinds cancels a paid order and an amount is due back to you, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Payments

You agree to provide current and accurate billing and purchase information. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may be provided through Shopify or other payment service providers. Payment providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Shipping

Shipping destinations, costs, tracking, delays, customs information, and other delivery terms are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, and order cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Accuracy and Availability of the Store

We work to keep store information current, but the site may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or temporary interruptions. We may update or correct information when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every feature or product will be available at all times.
